Subscription Activation

The subscription plan will be activated only upon receipt of the client’s products at Smooth Logistics’ warehouse. The subscription period does not begin at the time of payment but upon actual inbound processing of goods to ensure full benefit for the client.

Usage Limits & Expiry

Each plan includes specific monthly limits for:
Storage (in CBM)Fulfillment (number of items)Deliveries (number of orders)Unused balance (storage space, fulfillment count, or deliveries) does not roll over to the following month. All limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Business License Requirement

To benefit from Smooth Logistics services, clients must hold a valid commercial license or business registration relevant to their activity.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.Additional services not included in the plan (e.g. extra deliveries, product creation, labeling) will be charged separately as per the services fee list.Failure to settle outstanding dues may lead to service suspension or termination.

Service Modifications

Smooth Logistics reserves the right to update service plans, pricing, or features with prior notice. Existing subscribers will be informed of any changes at least 15 days in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused days within the current billing cycle.Annual plans are subject to a 10% discount but must be paid in full upfront. Early cancellation of annual plans will not be refunded.

Storage & Handling

Any storage beyond the plan’s free CBM allocation will be charged at the standard rate (12.500 KD/CBM/month).Any fulfillment beyond the plan’s monthly limit will be charged at 0.070 KD per item.

Delivery Policy

Deliveries exceeding the monthly limit are billed according to the delivery type (Next Day, Same Day, or Express).International shipping is available upon request and priced separately.

Liability

Smooth Logistics is not liable for damages or delays caused by inaccurate inventory information, improper product labeling (unless done by Smooth), or prohibited goods.

Compliance

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all goods meet legal and regulatory requirements for storage, handling, and delivery within Kuwait and internationally.
